Reduce The Available Pressure And Feed And Cause Damage to The Dustbin Mould

BLOG_POSTED_BY xiuumin99     २०१९ मार्च २८

A broken or ineffective backflow shutoff valve can cause damage to the Dustbin Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) by reducing the available pressure and feed. Adjusting the feed for compensation will not give a complete answer, as leakage along the screw will reduce the effective fill rate and will result in a short molding.

Failure of the heater and temperature controller can sometimes result in short molding, but this should be easy to diagnose. The blocked injection flow control valve should also be noted as the injection rate will drop. Blocked nozzles should also be diagnosed quickly.

It is also assumed that the runner and gate systems have been properly designed and implemented. In new dustbin mould, it may be necessary to increase the gate size, but this should always be done with care - a well-tested mold should only need to change the gates of different grades of material.

Changing the dustbin mould by placing two or more gates has a little beneficial effect and sometimes leads to more problems than the problem it solves. The general principle of gating in only one place applies to almost all possible situations.
